Our gift cards are delivered by email, along with a unique code.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

• To book your stay at Midnight Hotel using your gift card, you must place your booking over the phone or via email by contacting Midnight Hotel directly on +61 2 6220 0000 or reservations@midnighthotel.com.au, and quoting your unique gift card code.
• Gift cards cannot be used for online bookings. 
• Bookings are subject to availability and block out dates may apply.
• Gift cards must be used within three years of issue date and may be used in conjunction with additional accommodation nights or food and beverage, which will be charged at the rate at that time. 
• Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
